ChopEazy is a food service that lets customers recharge to buy Chops and use those Chops to order meals and eligible ChopEazy services. In this Privacy Policy, “ChopEazy”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean ChopEazy Foods, operating the ChopEazy brand, based in Benin City, Edo State.

- Payment information: payment confirmation details, transaction reference numbers, payment status, and recharge amount. We do not store your full debit card, bank card, or sensitive banking details, payments are handled by our approved payment partners.
- Referral information: your referral code, referred users, referral bonus history, and information needed to prevent abuse of the referral system.
- Communication information: messages you send us through WhatsApp, email, social media, website forms, customer support, surveys, or feedback channels.
- Food preference or safety information: food preferences, allergies, dietary restrictions, or special instructions you choose to share. Only provide information that is accurate and necessary for your order.
- Device and website information: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, date and time of visit, and cookies or similar tracking data.

To run your account, deliver your meals, keep the service safe, and improve it.

- Process recharges and track your Chops balance and order history.

Please avoid sending highly sensitive personal information through social media DMs unless it is necessary for your request.
Marketing Messages
We may send you updates about menus, recharges, referrals, offers, or ChopEazy news. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe option where available, or by contacting us directly. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send important service messages such as order confirmations, delivery updates, account notices, payment confirmations, or safety messages.
Referral Program Data
When you use a referral code, we may use referral data to confirm who referred you and whether a referral bonus should be credited. To protect the program, we may review referral activity, device patterns, payment history, account behaviour, and other signs of abuse. If we suspect fraud, fake accounts, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or manipulation, we may delay, cancel, reverse, or refuse referral bonuses in line with our Referral Program Terms.
Children's Privacy
ChopEazy is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18 without a parent or guardian.
ChopEazy is not intended for children under the age of 18 without the involvement of a parent or guardian. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child without proper consent, we may delete the information or restrict the account.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary. This may include keeping information for as long as your ChopEazy account is active, as long as needed to complete orders, deliveries, refunds, complaints, or customer support, and as long as required for legal, tax, accounting, audit, fraud prevention, safety, or dispute purposes.
